You passed away a month ago, I can’t believe I’m barely finding out now. It’s such a shock to me, I can’t believe it at all. I was reading a status I guess your sister wrote, and right the moment I read “r.i.p Ricardo” I just broke down in tears. Even now, I just can’t contain them. All my memories of you are flowing back to me. I only got to hang out with you a few times outside of school, but they were all good, fun times. I sure had a lot of laughs on that shitty bus going home. I remember the very last time I saw you. It was at the begining of my senior year, was just sitting there outside my house. I looked up right as you were driving past me. We made eye contact and smiled. You pulled over and I ran to your car and gave you a really big hug (: I don’t remember how long we talked for, but we lost track of time and before we realized it, it had already gotten dark. Then I remember how you kept saying you were hungry, so I was like, “OMG LET’S GO TO MCDONALDS! :D” so we went. We talked and talked more. Thanks for buying me those mcnuggests c: I really could have paid myself, but you kept insisting. I’m pretty sure that was the first day we ever had a one on one conversation. As we were leaving, there were these two cute little mini bear stuffed animals sitting on the table, still in its plastic wrapping. They were really really cute c: So you went and took them for us xD we both took a picture of them sitting next to eachother on your car, and for a day we had matching cellphone wallpapers. I still have mine. Its just been sitting there on my desk. Now it means so much more to me than it did before. Even though you and I weren’t super duper close, I still miss you ): If I’m feeling this way, I can’t even imagine how your family and close friends are doing.. Ugh, I feel like such a horrile friend for barely finding this out now…I regret not talking to you more. I hate how I’m always second place to you

EVERYTHING ALWAYS HAS TO COME BEFORE ME.

I always made you my top priority, but for you, it’s like I’m not even important to you. You think I stayed up til 2 for fun? no. I litterally just waited over an hour for you to finish your game so we can actually play together. I waited for you for the past two days. I pretended I was okay, but I’m not. I’m always the one doing stuff for you and trying to spend time and talk to you. Lately, for the past months, it’s like you’re not even putting effort anymore. You can’t stay up past 10 for me, but you have no problem staying up til 4am for your friends.

I REGRET ever putting you before me friends. Now look, it’s like I don’t even have any. All I have is you, and most the time, you’re time isn’t even towards me. You never cheer me up, you never comfort me. I can’t even talk to you. I cried to a complete stranger at the bus station on Wednesday.

You’re always asking why I’m doubting you even love me anymore, when you’re the one who doesn’t act like it. Do I really have to ask you to hug me? Now you’re cussing at me too. Is that the way you’re suppose to talk to someone you love? It hurt me so much that time I told you I love you, and you didn’t even say it back. You just acted like it was nothing.
